Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

This document details the customer loyalty program for Jeremy Worboys t/as Relic Games (ABN 39 276 043 167) in Australia.

Participation

Participation in the Relic Games loyalty program is available to individuals that have a current Australian residential address. If you are under the age of 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian to join.

You can join the program by agreeing as part of a sale or transaction in-store, or by request with a team member. Joining is free and there are no fees associated with being a part of the program.

Only one loyalty account can be held per person, and you cannot transfer your account to another person. We may merge, close, or delete any accounts we reasonably deem as opened by the same individual. Accrued rewards will not be transferred in the instance of account closure or deletion.

Earning

Loyalty points are collected when you shop at Relic Games. Points will not be collected on products or transactions listed in the Exclusions below.

Points do not expire and are awarded at a rate of 3 points per whole dollar spent on eligible products as a part of eligible transactions.

To earn loyalty points, you must provide your name, phone number, or email address as registered in your customer profile prior to the completion of your transaction at point of sale.

Bonus points may be earned during promotional periods or via incentives communicated from time to time.

In regular cases, loyalty points are added to your account immediately upon finalisation of the purchasing transaction.

Loyalty points can only be earned by participants in the Relic Games Loyalty Program for their own personal shopping. Loyalty points cannot be earned on purchases of commercial quantities of goods or services, or any purchases which are, or could reasonably be considered, for commercial purposes (including reselling or bulk purchasing), as determined by us.

We may deduct loyalty points from your account that: have been credited in error; relate to an eligible transaction which has been cancelled, refunded, or reversed; relate to a fraudulent transaction; or where we reasonably believe the purchase was for a commercial purpose.

Rewards

Loyalty points can be enjoyed as a discount to a future eligible transaction at Relic Games.

Once you have collected 500 loyalty points, you can choose to redeem the discount at point of sale. Loyalty points can be redeemed at a rate of $5 per 500 points, to a maximum of $20 or one third of the transaction total (whichever is lowest) per transaction.

Redemptions cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded except as expressly set out in these terms & conditions.

Exclusions

You will not earn loyalty points on gift cards, account credit, donations, cash withdrawal, delivery charges, service fees, or any item marked as excluded from the loyalty program. Excluded products may change at any time and without prior notice.

Transactions that could reasonably be considered for commercial purposes (including reselling) are ineligible for earning loyalty point.

Relic Games employees are ineligible from participating in the loyalty program and, in the case of a participant becoming an employee, their participation in the loyalty program will be cancelled.

Cancellation

If you decide that you no longer wish to participate in the Relic Games loyalty program, you can request to be removed from the program in store, or by mail to:

If your account is cancelled, any unused loyalty points and redemptions will be automatically forfeited. You will stop collecting loyalty points from the date of cancellation.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to review your purchase history to ensure loyalty points are accumulated legitimately. We also reserve the right to:

  • Decline requests to join our loyalty program;
  • Reverse points that have been:
    • Credited for a transaction which has been cancelled, refunded, or reversed;
    • Allocated to you if there are any other grounds for which we consider, in our reasonable discretion, justify reversal; and
  • Suspend or terminate your enrolment in our loyalty program.

Grounds for doing any of the above include if you, or someone else using your account:

  • Abuse, misuse, or attempt to abuse or misuse the loyalty program or anything else associated with Relic Games;
  • Do anything that is contrary to these terms & conditions;
  • Fraudulently accumulate loyalty points;
  • Engage in unacceptable conduct in connection with your account, including dishonesty, fraud or wrongful conduct as determined by us or with reasonable suspicion;
  • Engage in abusive, offensive, inappropriate, or threatening behaviour towards our team members or other customers;
  • Become bankrupt or die; or
  • Have not shopped with us at any time during a continuous 18-month period.

Cancellation of your loyalty program account (including through requested cancellation) does not automatically extend to your customer profile and purchase history, and we may retain some personal information for record-keeping purposes or as required by law.
